Whenever feasible, TEMCO aims to utilize recycled, recyclable, and earth friendly packing materials. For example, we use recycled cardboard boxes and paper cushioning made from post-consumer waste paper in place of expanded polystyrene. Shredded paper cushions are compostable and plastic air pillows we include are also recyclable.
By opting for recycled and sustainably-sourced packaging, we reduce waste sent to landfills and lower our carbon footprint. We also actively seek local and regional suppliers which minimizes transportation emissions.
