TEMCO connecting rod features:
* High Frequency tempered, process the design without copper plating, decrease the hardness of mast, increase the bend resistance. It can be bended over 60 degree angle without breakage
* Grinding Speed of spindle between 20,000-30,000rpm, preserve 0.025-0.030mm less than standard size for honing process, the importance on controlling the distance between two holes
* Semi-finished honing with CBN stone, make the crossing lines angle between 30 to 45. Finished honing remove the high-points of prvious process, control the roundness & barrel of hole within 0.05mm!
