TEMCO's range of crank shaft has hard surface. It is nitrided for 42 hours and tested for strength and dimensional accuracy in our quality control lab. The micro- structure, hardness and grain flow pattern are tested to resist extreme operational conditions to deliver the ultimate performance.

TEMCO's forging (steel) type are manufactured from high grade drop forged chrome molybdenum steel which is checked for perfect composition. These crank shaft exhibit increased hardness and fatigue strength for prolonged life as well as free rotation and optimum power transmission. Our range of crank shafts has uniform retention of oil on journals for effective lubrication.

* Casting & Quenching: Casting eliminates the stresses created during quenching. Castings have high strength and wear resistance with the required plasticity and toughness.

* Mould: Casting rigidity of cast iron moulds and thinner cooling speed of clad sand casting, fine sand particle size, thus significantly improving casting dimensional accuracy, density surface quality, refinement and grain sphericity, which can achieve riserless casting.

* Surface nitriding: products treated with nitriding have excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature performance.

* Rounding rolling: Maximize fatigue strength relative to other technologies. Roll straightening improvement of total index exhaustion valve after deep rolling

TEMCO is confident that our inspection process and quality control procedures ensure that you are getting an extremely high quality product. Should any of our crankshafts fail due to a manufacturer defect, a full refund will be issued upon return of the crankshaft.
