Every engine starter component is 100% factory tested prior to and during remanufacturing to assure it meets or exceeds original equipment specifications. Our remanufactured starters are based on imported used starters from Japan and rebuilt with components that are gauged, sorted, tested and renewed to original quality specifications, and with vital new parts, too. In fact, every component and part must meet strict production standards.

Eevery step in TEMCO remanufacturing process is designed to provide a product that meets OE starndard & fit, from the smallest parts to the finished unit..

Starter cores are completely disassembled and the individual components thoroughly inpsected to insure that they meet our own high standards as well as original specifications. Any components that fails to meet our standards is discarded. All parts are subject to a multi-step cleaning processthat involves the sue of modern washers, ovens and blasting equipment.

TEMCO installs the following parts new every time a remanufactured starters is produced: bearings, brushes, bushings, gasket, o-rings, sealing boots and seals. State of art component parts are used in every starter.
