Forged from a single aluminum billet and CNC-machined for higher levels of accuracy,TEMCO tubeless wheels, forged ally wheels, farming & engineering wheels are manufactured to world-class standards and are tested to meet international quality standards like SAE, TUV, Ft20 and ISO and INMETRO..

The forging process uses high pressure and temperature to change the non-directional grain structure of the cast aluminum starting material to the high integrity multi-directional grain structure of forgings. The aluminum remains solid throughout the process as the forging dies come together and change the shape of the round cast bar to the cylindrical shape of a wheel.TEMCO's advanced high quality wheel with strict test including RFT-4 truck wheel radial fatigue testing machine, CFT-5 wheel bending fatigue testing machine, universal material testing machine, salt spray machine & etc.

* Aluminum Alloy Wheel Rim sizes are from 22.5*8.25 to 17.5*6.75

* Tubeless wheel rim sizes are from 6.0x17.5 to 11.75 x 22.5

* Car Steel Wheel Rim sizes from 4J X 13 to 16 x 5.5K

* Tube wheel sizes are from 5.5-15 to 8.5-24.
