TEMCO develops the NR, NR+SBR, NR+CR, EPDM+NR, SILICONE rubber for wiper blade, to meet the requirement for different condition and different market. The rubber passed the JIS K6251¡¢JIS K6262.requirement, and get the ROHS certificate.

* Natural (NR) Superior tensile strength, tear and abrasion resistance, rebound elasticity (snap), flexibility and adhesion to fabric and metal.

* Styrene-Butadiene (SBR) Excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance and flexibility.

* Nitrile (NBR) Superior resistance to petroleum-based hydraulic fluids; wide range of service temperatures very good resistance to alkalies and acids.

* Ethylene-Propylene-Diene (EPDM) Excellent resistance to heat, ozone and sunlight; very good flexibility at low temperatures; superior resistance to water and steam.

Not only formulation and process are vital to molded rubber compound blade, it is also essential for its design control of rubber structure and section plane below:

* NECK: provides blade flip-over flexibility;

* LIP: supports the edge to keep it in tight contact with the windshield to eliminate jumping or spotting.

* EDGE: The optimum contact points maintain proper blade contact with the windshield. The wiper blade assembly is thus designed to prevent judder, chatter, noise and streaks .

We use two layered coating of zinc electroplating and UV-Resistance Powder Coating (Black-Shining), it can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and etc. It also extend the lifetime after 1.5 million cycles.
